HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

AUS ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING:

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. You can check your tracking number for updates or email us.

AUS ORDERS WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Your order is a priority and will arrive within 1-3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

I'VE PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You will be emailed an order number. If you selected express shipping, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase. If you selected free shipping, please allow up to 2 days for a tracking number to be emailed to you.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

We do everything we can to ship orders ASAP, so if you there's a mistake with your order, please contact our support team ASAP. support@rozettabrand.au

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not currently offer returns or refunds, however we do offer exchanges for defective items.

- PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
